Returns & Exchanges — Kyn

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

To request an exchange for a different size or style, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Faulty or damaged items

Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery by emailing Customer.Experience@storekyn.com with photos of the fault. We will arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

How to start a return

Email Customer.Experience@storekyn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
